En lo que va de la gesti\u00f3n del presidente Luis Abinader, el Estado ha otorgado 43,555 pensiones solidarias, y para final de a\u00f1o 2023, se prev\u00e9 cerrar con al menos un total de 55,039.<\/p>\n

La afirmaci\u00f3n fue hecha por el director de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Jubilaciones y Pensiones (DGJP), licenciado Juan Rosa, quien dijo que esos fondos ya est\u00e1n apartados en el presupuesto de este a\u00f1o para ser ejecutado por la instituci\u00f3n que dirige.<\/p>\n

Dijo que la DGJP maneja lo que son las pensiones que establece la Ley 371-81 y que son aplicables para los empleados y funcionarios del sector p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la Direcci\u00f3n General como tal, se establece en el a\u00f1o 2006 en la ley que crea el Ministerio de Hacienda, ah\u00ed es que nace como la DGJP, ya que funcionaba como un departamento de la antigua secretar\u00eda de Estado de Finanzas.<\/p>\n

El director de la DGJP sostuvo que a medida que ha pasado el tiempo ha venido ampli\u00e1ndose el rol de la DGJP al tiempo de recordar que las pensiones solidarias van dirigidas a personas mayores de 60 a\u00f1os, para los discapacitados, y para las madres solteras con hijos en edad escolar.\"\"<\/p>\n

Precis\u00f3 que las solicitudes son canalizadas v\u00eda el Consejo Nacional para las Personas Envejecientes (CONAPE) y\/o a trav\u00e9s del Consejo Nacional de Discapacidad (CONADIS) as\u00ed como por los programas de los Proyectos Estrat\u00e9gicos Especiales de la Presidencia (PROPEEP).<\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que esas instituciones captan las solicitudes y la DGJP transfiere los expedientes de personas de m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os y que han trabajado 20 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s en el Estado. Dijo que esos expedientes son enviados al presidente de la Rep\u00fablica para los fines de lugar. \"Nosotros como DGJP somos los ejecutores de los expedientes que les env\u00edan las referidas instituciones\", asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n

El funcionario dijo que todas las pensiones se pagan a trav\u00e9s del presupuesto nacional.
\nSobre el presupuesto del 2024 Por otra parte, el director de la DGJP inform\u00f3 que para el a\u00f1o 2024, la instituci\u00f3n proyecta un presupuesto de 53 mil millones de pesos.<\/p>\n
