Adem\u00e1s, se ofrecieron orientaciones sobre los principales s\u00edntomas de alerta, factores de riesgo y la importancia de realizarse estudios de tamizaje.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2508\">Entre las recomendaciones m\u00e9dicas, se destac\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de la colonoscopia, especialmente en personas mayores de 40 a\u00f1os o con antecedentes familiares, como una herramienta fundamental para la detecci\u00f3n temprana del c\u00e1ncer colorrectal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2510\" data-end=\"2737\">Especialistas presentes coincidieron en que el diagn\u00f3stico oportuno aumenta significativamente las probabilidades de tratamiento efectivo y supervivencia, por lo que exhortaron a la poblaci\u00f3n a no descuidar su salud preventiva.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1e5x4l\" data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2803\"><span role=\"text\"> <strong data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"2803\">Enfoque editorial :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"3113\">Este tipo de iniciativas fortalece la cultura de prevenci\u00f3n en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, aline\u00e1ndose con los principios de promoci\u00f3n de la salud dentro del sistema de seguridad social, donde la detecci\u00f3n temprana representa un ahorro en costos y, sobre todo, una mejora en la calidad de vida de los
